should i incubat my eggs

so i want to watch some eggs my hens are not going broody so i was thinking about incubating them i have 9 hens 1 rooster but ive never done this before i no that it takes 21 days that is it can some one give me some tips on incubating and what kind of incubater do i use

Do what you want, but I use a silkie to raise my babies. ITS SO EASY.
Just give her and the babies food/water, and walk away. No power outtages, no worrying about temperature, or humidity.
Also no incubator in the dining room. :)
And Silkies will hatch any chicken egg you put under her.
 
i dont have a hen that wants to go broody my rir went broody but a dog got her the next morning so im thinking of incubating do i need a incubater that will role the eggs

Yes, you would need an incubator if no chickens are broody. You can buy them or make one yourself. Yes, you have to turn them several times a day. Either by hand or with an egg turner.

You don't have to have one, but its nice to have the egg turner.
