Should I incubate this egg?

I want to incubate this good sized egg, but it appears to have shell wrinkles. Do you think it will still be fine? I can get another egg, I’m just wondering if this one will work or not.

I have incubated "body checked" eggs.. they had a lower hatch rate or quit about half way through incubation.

I would not incubate eggs which I thought wrinkles were cause by infectious bronchitis, new castle's, or other disease. Many diseases WILL pass through to the embryo. See the following article on common egg quality conditions.. Yours looks like the description of "corrugated" (#13) to me..

On the other hand.. I also would NOT want to incubate from a hen with a defective shell gland.. why add those genetics into my flock.

There can be no cause for deficiency in my flocks feeding program, so if it were that .. then it would still be a genetic deficiency in MY program and I would still NOT want to breed that forward.

In the end I would NOT suggest incubating that egg for a multitude of reasons.. BUT this is your adventure.. make your best informed choice, hope this helps!

It probably won't hatch. There's a slight possibility it "could", but if you have other perfectly hatch-able eggs, why bother wasting time and incubator space? Just my thoughts.
I totally agree with @EggSighted4Life and the great key points made in that reply!
