Should I let her?

So Sunny hatchout out four chicks that are now about a month old. I moved them into the big coop to start the integration process and put the new hatchlings in the smaller coop that she was raising the others in. She is going crazy running from coop to coop clucking up a storm. I let her in with the hatchlings,16, just to see what she would do and she took right to mothering. Should I let her mother the new new or cut her off so she starts laying again and we can be more hands on with these chicks? Our other are pretty much hands off and only domesticated enough to coop in the evenings and come eat at dinner time. Otherwise completely free range.

That's your choice. Me, I would let her teach the chicks how to be chickens.
