Should I let my hen hatch or not?

I'm not sure if to or not because I have 19 chicken (including 10 teen-ish young adult ones) and I have 25 cornish cross coming in September,and I think she has 10ish eggs. But on the other hand she's a small chicken like a rooster would crush her ( not sure how yet...) and the last time one off my hens hatched (6 eggs in total) only one got out off the egg (later died) and the others didn't even get out of the egg fire ants killed them all. What should I do keep or not they are 2 day into incubation, and if keep how keep ants away?

Seems you need to solve the ant problem before you attempt any hatching.

2 hatched they died because of hen there is still one not hatched yet it's a few days younger tho

What do you mean it died bc of the hen? Did she peck or something? Or accidentally hurt them?
