I have 4 Pekin eggs in the incubator. All were looking good when I candled last Thursday. Planning to lock down Saturday, which will be day 25. Today two of the eggs are rocking!

We are using a Brinsea Ovation EX with humidity control, so I feel pretty confident that the temp and humidity has been consistent and not overheating them to develop too quickly. Two of the eggs are larger (the ones that are rocking), so possibly twins. They're not HUGE, I didn't think they were doubles at the time of setting, but my partner mentioned while candling that she may have seen movement from two and the early movement is making me wonder, too.

Would you take them out of the turners at this point and up the humidity (Day 23) or wait until Day 25?

I agree with JaeG, I’ve never encountered any problems with locking down early. Even if you don’t up the humidity until the 25, I would definitely go ahead and take out the turner.
