My Coop
The way my set up is , is I have a wooden coop closed in and then attached I have an enclosed run with wood and wire with the sides wrapped and top open , then a door that goes to the big open run
My ducks go in the coop every night but in the late Spring all my chickens one by one stopped putting themselves up and want to go to bed at dusk in the enclosed run , I leave the door cracked in case they want to go inside . Tuesday it’s going to be down to 12 should I make them all go inside and shut the door or should I leave it cracked and hey lol go in if they get to cold?

No they sleep out there every night in the summer and fall , the top is closed
I know it could happen , but I’ve never had predator issues thus far, I have a dog that runs the property, however she’s inside at night but they never know when she’ll be there so maybe that’s cut down on predators. I’m not sure.

From a temperature viewpoint, if your run is wrapped on the sides so direct wind will not be hitting them and the top is open so you have great ventilation, they should be OK in those temperatures.
