Should I move broody hen?

Our broody hen has successfully hatched out a chick today. She is in one of the 2 nesting boxes we have for 7 hens. Our other hens are always picky about where they lay eggs and a lot of them try to push our broody out to lay in her nesting box. Since her chick is out now, I’m afraid the other hens might hurt the chick whenever the mom is out drinking water or even when she’s with it inside. Should I move her and the chick in a cardboard box? Or will the mother hen be mad about this? We don’t have any other coops, cages, or shelters.

How high is the mother in the pecking order? She should be able to protect the chick but I would keep watch just in case. Is the chick able to get in and out of the nest box?

In the 7 hens (including her) I know she is higher than 3 of them but the 3 others are tough ones who like to bully others. Mom is a 3 pound Spitzhauben and the 3 higher ones are barred rock, spitzhauben and icelandic. I’m mainly worried about the barred rock because she’s much bigger and is the highest hen in the pecking order. The nesting boxes are about a foot and a half from the ground but I think I could make a cardboard ramp so the chick can come out/come in without hurting itself. Not sure if it would work though. But without a ramp it definitely cannot come out and then back in.
