Should I move eggs from Incubator?

I have a silkie that went broody 4 days ago.
She hasn't left the nest, but there are no eggs.

I have six silkie eggs that have been in the incubator 15 days now.

Would it be best to go ahead and hatch them myself, or would it be better to take them out and put them under her?

I do not like the word "better" in this case.. OK is the word I would use.. Yes, it would be OK.. just do notturn the bator off.. If she does ot accept the eggs and stay with them you can put them back into the bator...
