Should i move my broody hen?

4 days ago I had received 18 sebright hatching eggs, which I had put under our broody buff orpington. Within the past 2 days, I have seen intact hatching eggs in their run and in other egg boxes, and one egg was stepped on and crushed by another chicken. There are now 12 hatching eggs under her, and I have no idea where the other eggs could be. There is an empty container in my house that I used to keep baby chickens in. Could I safely move the broody hen and her eggs into the container, or would that scramble the eggs?

broody hens will kick out bad eggs. let her do her thing. you are second guessing something that they have done corectly for thousands of years
