Should I put this duckling in the brooder or wait?

Hi so I have one duckling in the process of hatching while the other 3 eggs haven't made an internal pip yet (though 2 of them are trying). Once the duckling hatches and dries off, should I leave it in the incubator and wait for the others to hatch or put it in the brooder?

If you truly meant internal pip, you will probably need to move the duckling before the others hatch. There is not a rush as the duckling can live on the yolk sac for a couple of days.

Yeah I did mean internal pip ^^ So should I move it once it dries off or wait 24 hours?

It is really personal preference. I leave mine in the incubator as long as they are not kicking around the other eggs too much. The hatched duckling can hear the others cheeping in the eggs and won’t feel as lonely as they wound in the brooder by themselves.
