Should I remove the chicken egg?

My orpington has been sitting on eggs for 21 days and today they hatched! Well, more like one of them came out of the egg but the other has cracked the egg but still hasn't come out. Should I leave the chick in the cracked egg under my hen or should I put it under a heat lamp? The chick that has already hatched has been under the heat lamp.

Leave the egg that’s still hatching under the hen. Some take a little longer than others to hatch. Do you want her to raise the chicks or do you plan to do it yourself?
