First time incubating and it’s unfortunately the delicate light porous eggs of salmon Favorelles. These were shipped(already lost many due to detached) and it is currently day 14. Since their eggs are decently smaller than a regular egg I am concerned with a few things but what I want to address here is the saddling, all of them have it (but still alive) and I was wondering if it would be beneficial to start putting the eggs pointy side down instead by its side like I have been doing for the last 14 days, has anyone done this? Currently am concern if it is too late for that. Has anyone had experience with hatching small egged breeds or its hatching/aircell stages and can give some insight on this? Much appreciated in advance!
