Should I separate broody hen?

I have a Silkie hen which is just over 9 months old, she has already gone broody THREE TIMES. She is just obsessed with it. She rarely lays and as soon as she does she only lays 4 or 5 then goes broody again. She is now going broody again for 4th time.
I’d like to hatch chicks, but the Silkie is very low in the pecking order and she would get bullied out of the nest box constantly.
My hens are in a pen at the back of the garden (it’s a picket fence which has gaps you can see through) - would I be able to put her in a prefab coop I have in the actual garden? My only worry is that her being out of the flock for so long would make re-integrating her after so hard and stressful for her. Would it be a good idea to make sure the hens can see her each day when she comes out for water and food, would this make it easier for her?
I’d intend on letting her raise the chicks as well, meaning more time away from the flock, would this go very wrong?
(Once the chicks reach an age where she leaves them I’d probably not add them to flock and I’d sell them, as the pen isn’t too big and I’d just like to breed a certain breed, so I would only be integrating the Silkie back in)

Sorry I know it’s a lot of questions but I’ve never let a broody hatch before, the main question is would the fact the hens sort of be able to see her mean it won’t be as bad for her joining back?
I’ve attached a picture of where the prefab coop is in relation to the pen, and a picture of her 😃

I think it would be better if you could keep her in a separate part of the coops where she can see them and then you can just let her out everyday

I usually find it best to separate them. A prefab coop is perfect for that.
In my experience, a new mother hen is ferocious and regardless of size, when returned to the flock, they tend to stand their ground and by the time the chicks are weaned, they are accepted as members of the flock.

What I do, is just put a piece mesh over the front of the nesting box that the hen is in, and then take her out once a day to eat and drink.
As soon as the chicks hatch, they all go with the flock.

Turns out she weren’t broody which is abnormal for her🤣 she has now gone broody for real, does putting mesh over the front of the box work? Will it be stressful for her or will she not mind?
I’ve got a prefab coop all set up and ready just need to add some bedding in, I’m just worried moving her will break her or she won’t accept the eggs in a new box

The prefab coop would be the best way to go. That way you don't have to harass her by artificially removing her when she isn't ready. She will come out to defecate, eat, drink and dust bathe if possible at her leisure. It isn't always daily.
Make sure the new nest is set up just like her current nest with the same bedding. I once moved a hen and her eggs to a new apartment going from an excelsior nest pad to a plastic one. She refused to sit on the eggs. I swapped the plastic pad for an excelsior one and she moved right in.

You have determined she will be isolated. Since you are selling the chicks and are not going to integrate them into your flock, I would not worry about the others seeing her while she is incubating the eggs. It would be nice if they could, but not really essential.

But I'd want her raising those chicks across wire from your flock so they can see her then. That should help her reintegrate. Make sure the chicks cannot get through that fence and in with the adults without Mama to protect them, that would be dangerous.

Yeah I think I’m going to use the prefab coop and make a pen coming off it with some chicken wire, the chickens get let into the garden a lot so will probably see her sometimes if she comes out for food and drink. Just hoping the transition to the prefab coop goes well and she accepts her new nest🤞🏻 I heard it’s best to do it at night so will probably do that
