Should i separate them?

This is a new thing my muscovy ducks started doing. All my other chickens just ignore them but my largest chicken fights them. There is a fence. Should I just move the chickens to their own separate area? My muscovy can still fly so I don't see it helping too much. What are they even doing? I have 1 male and 2 females muscovy.

It just started last week. They've been together like this for a while now and only recently started the behavior.
All chickens are females ranging from 2-4yrs old now. The 3 muscovy are 1 male and 2 females will be 1 this year.

As long as they are not doing this all day long, I'd not worry about it.

Usually happens a few times a day. There have been times i have to go out and make the duck trip go away so they don't stress out the chickens

My muscovies are 12 weeks. I still haven't figured out how many are female and male. They have begun to separate sometimes and"chase" each other. Do I need to separate them?
