Should I split my 6 week old chicks (Roos)

I have 2 chicks who I’m 99% sure are Roos. I have 1 olive egger and 4 Easter eggers. But the two I think are Roos are picking at one another a lot. We only plan to keep 1 roo so should I just split them now or are they going to be okay? We just moved them to a much larger space and they seem to be fighting more. I did not notice them fighting before when in a smaller container. Are they just showing dominance over new space?
