Should i stop turning Duck eggs at day 23?

I stop turning my eggs when I see signs of hatching starting
Eggs rocking around , shadowing pushing along lower air cell and air cells dipping forward quickly
Those 3 things tell me baby is getting into position and going to start it’s 3 day hatch
I never go by the book of day 25
My eggs tell me what they need

I increase humidity once I see the first internal pip

should i increase humidity aswell at this time?
You can, depending on how much weight has been lost. In any event, always raise humidity when hatching is imminent (about 2 days before they are due)
Hopefully people track weight loss. That is the most accurate way to determine proper humidity since all eggs have different porosity.
Duck eggs should lose about 14% of their weight by hatching.
