Should i take air vent plug out of little giant bator?

Both out, they need fresh air for oxygen! Happy hatch!

Will his hurt the unhatched eggs,temp and humidiity wise?

You will need to monitor the humidity and the temperature for decreases. A slight decrease , like 1 degree is ok for the eggs, TUrning it up is often diastrous as it may spike in temp. Use more sponges or add water to increase the humidity.
