Well, we have 2 quails and 1 I got on Saturday, we've been keeping her in quarantine for the past 5 days now and she is showing no signs of worms or sickness, she's sleeping properly and overall she's a healthy bird. Should I join her with my other quail or wait until 10 days?

I'm not a quail person- but as a general rule with birds and quarantine, two weeks is the bare minimum. Lots of diseases can harbor and won't present themselves right away. I personally quarantine new birds for 30 days.

I believe I saw a picture in another thread showing the new quail in a wire cage and the old one standing outside the cage? If so, that doesn't really count as a quarantine anyway. The birds should at least live in separate rooms of the house with a closed door between them - as I recall from the pic, it looked like they were even able to touch each other. If so, you might as well not quarantine at all, lots of diseases can be transferred even without them touching each other. But the usual recommendation is at east 4 weeks of quarantine.
