Ive got 11/15 that have hatched and they keep hitting their heads on the fan inside the incubator and pecking at it, should i take them out now or try to wait for the last 4 to hatch? i can hear them hitting the fan then there's lots of panicked chirping and then they leave it alone for a bit, and then another hits it and we start all over again...

10 are all nice and fluffy, ready to get out, btw.

Personally I would take them all out before there's an injury or further distress. I often open the incubator during lockdown to check progress or assist but I know many members advise not to.

Additionally you have lot of chicks already, so 'a bird in the hand'

I would go ahead and take them out. Or just some of them out so there is not so much chaos going on in there. I have left a couple in there before to kind of encourage the last few to hatch. Just have everything ready - box or something to put them in so you can get in and out of the incubator quickly. I have a fan on mine too and if I need to take chicks out, I turn the fan off first so it does not 'push' all the humidity out. I have hatched in a styro incubator before and I removed one of the windows to take chicks out to help keep humidity in, just have to be real careful. Good Luck with the babies!
