Should I use Benzalkonium Chloride to wipe down my incubator?

Mixed with water per its directions it can be used for that.

We use Odoban. Smells great and kills just about every virus and disease known to poultry and man alike.

I also sterilize any hatching eggs I buy in it for one minute. I did an experiment and wrote an article. I and many others do this to prevent newly hatched chicks from touching an egg shell and catching something.
 
It is used for cold sterile storage of veterinary surgical instruments, so it kills stuff but is also safe if a little bit gets into a body cavity, I would think it would do the job.
