I use 25 g for the marek's vaccine. They recommend a 23 g but to me that is too big for a chicken. It is a subq injection so it is easy to give.

when you do vaccinate don't buy medicated feed or it will make the shots useless and you just would waste a ton of money

Medicated feed has NOTHING to do with these vaccinations, folks. It's only if you vaccinate for coccidiosis that you do not feed chick starter with amprolium or other coccidiostats! And if you did feed medicated feed, it would only make what you paid for the cocci vaccine useless, not do any real harm.

The meds in starter have zero to do with Mareks or any other ailment except for cocci! Be clear on that!
