Okay my broody pooped on three of her eggs. ( I know gross) The problem is she pushed them to the side and won't sit on them anymore. What do I do???? Can I wash them and give them back? Will that hurt them? How should I do it, a wet wash cloth or like you would if you were candeling? Please help I don't want them to die and I am not sure how long it has been since she pushed them to the side. I didn't go out to the chicken coop until 11:00 today.

Thanks do you think it is possible she pushed them to the side because of the poop?

If your going to wash them make sure the water is at least 102 degrees and much warmer than the eggs or you'll end up just pushing bacteria into the egg.
She may just push them back out again.
You could try candling them to check if they are okay.
Chickens are pretty good at knowing if the eggs are not worth their time.
