Should I worm these girls before they start laying?

I just got 5 New Hampshire Red pullets today that are getting very close to starting to lay. They are 20 weeks old.

I am wondering if I should worm them before they start laying and if so with what?

Do they have worms? If yes then worm them, if no then don't.

Not that I have seen. I would see it in their poo right?

I'm kind of new to chickens, but I work for a vet. There are microscopic worms in poo of all other farm animals. You can take your vet a poo sample and let them look.
