Should I worry about hawks in Portland, OR?

On Saturday I watched a crow attack and chase off a hawk. That's the only time I've ever even seen one in my neighborhood. I'm hoping they'll keep doing their job.

There are youtube videos about hawk kills.
They will kill and eat chickens right there on the spot.
I thought hawks would only kill what they could carry off and eat...wrong.

I live in an old subdivision with mature trees and lots of birds, I can assure you hawks love my neighborhood.
Many neighbors feed the birds and sadly this makes for easy pickings for hawks.
