I have ducks, guineas and chickens free ranging. for the most part the guineas like the high brush, the chickens roam around the house and the ducks go to the front pasture. but everyone has some food for free feeding. The chickens have layer pellets in their run. The ducks get fed cracked corn at the front of the house and the guinease which are in the process of being released, get food in their run for those that are still confined and for those loose I put out some game bird feed in a bowl. No surprise the cracked corn has to be taken up after breakfast and dinner or the chickens eat it. Now they are eating the guinea's game bird feed. Any ideas? for keeping the chickens in the chicken feed or does it even matter if I out out oyster shells?
