Should poop stick to my chicks tushy

I notice one of my chicks has a little poop stuck to its butt. I just got them today and I'm hoping this isn't a sign of them getting sick. I attempted to remove it and realized it was wet. Can I wipe it with a baby wipe? Is it normal? Are they doomed!!!??

Sounds like that start of pasty butt. Make sure you clean the area well and dab a bit of olive oil on its tushy. Its not a sign of getting sick but if their vent area is not kept clean it can kill them. Good luck with your babies.
