Should They Be Cleaned?

So recently my duck started sitting on her eggs and her eggs are very dirty wrapped with dirt around them and wanted to ask if I should lightly wash the dirt off so that while they are incubating the bacteria won’t get in the eggs.

Unless they are really dirty, do not wash them. They are better off with the dirt than washed. Washing off the bloom removes all of the protection. The pores become open and more bacteria can get in. The dirt should not pose too much of a threat, as there is still bloom covering the pores. Unless there are large amounts of fecal matter or so much dirt that it may affect the ability to hatch, do not wash the eggs.

I wouldn't wash them, I think they will be fine.

Guessing duck eggs are usually dirty and since she is sitting on them you don't want to do anything to mess up her hatch.
