Should they be hatching by now

Could not wait any longer. I opened them all up to find only 5 out of 50 fertile. (Young breeders) One fully developed and the rest died really early in development. Had beaks and feet an all just really small. What you think?
 
You said they are young breeders? What are you feeding the breeders? If Riboflavin, vitamin E, or calcium is lacking, it can cause DIS or partially developed. Infertile eggs could be the cause of improper lighting as well in the breeding area or the ambient temperature was too high.

I am thinking the humidity could be an issue but now as you opened the eggs up, ventilation or just the age of the birds could be the issue at this point.
