Should they hatch soon?

On the 3rd or 4th i put 15 eggs into an incubator, i believe its day 21 now, should they hatch soon?
Temp and humidity has been correct all the way,
i occasionally see some rocking a bit, but can't really hear any peeping?

If they are fertile chicken eggs , they'll start hatching Friday and Saturday.

they are definetly fertile as i've candelled a few, is it bad i havent heard them?
