Should we give our injured chick a bath?

(Read our thread before to know what happened) we think it may be the injury that is making her stink but it is make by her stink all overshould we give her a short warm bath with gentle baby shampoo? All help would be greatly appreciated!

I would only spot wash as a bath would be very stressful at this point as well as the potential that your chick will lose too much body heat while being dried.
