The Stupendous Seven are a week old now.. taking their first tub bath. I turned a couple of casserole bowls upside down with cloths on top to make them a couple little islands if they get tired. They're just too much fun.

Haha thx! I knew they were finished playin when I went in and they were all seven up on the island, waiting for me to come and get them. Turned out to be pretty handy! Now they're fluffing and napping. <3

That's so exciting! I'm about to hatch my first batch of ducklings on may 3rd! Is it okay if I pm you with questions I may have?

Sure. I'll answer what I can, though this was my first full incubation myself. I feel like I have the hang of the duckling stage though, barring any complications.

I'm expecting another hatch on May 1 so may be hatching together anyway.

Absolutely!! The smaller one has spraddle legs so it can't get around that easily and the others pick on it. It's really funny when they end up snuggling. They live separately right now until the little one gets her legs better. (Doing band aid trick)

I just need to research a bit more about when it's okay to take them out of the indoor brooder and put them outside
