No chicks this time but have a newly hatched duckling (2 hrs old). It was premature and still had some yolk in shell but wasn't attached. Still in incubator. I believe this duckling is a chocolate Runner and khaki Campbell mix. Only have Runner ducks but have 2 Runner drakes (fawn/white and a blue) and 2 khaki Campbell (father and son). She doesn't stand as erect as her hatch mates that are full Runner. View attachment 2756656
UPDATE:
3 more hatched. 2 yesterday (morning, late evening), 1 (yellow) Monday evening. 3 are very vocal with higher pitch voices, the grayish with yellow tipped wings & larger head has a quieter muted voice. I'm guessing I might have 2 females and a male.

Usually they'd be in the coop nursery under a heat lamp but with them hatching over several days, I kept them in the house. I bought a clear 66qt. tote, used shelf liner with paper towels underneath and added the bottom of a small incubator for heat, secured it to the side. I placed a thermometer/hydrometer opposite of heater, it's been staying around 95° with 70% humidity. We're having constant daily storms with humidity & only a room AC for a 700sqft home that I don't like running during storms if lightening so it's a little humid inside. I've got the lid on tote but have it propped open opposite corner from heater. I'm giving them a few days to get stronger before putting them in the nursery attached to my main coop.

All 4 ducklings, just added 4th.

Last night, the babysitter with 3 ducklings. 4th was still in incubator (yolk sack was still attached). She slept in the recliner next to them last night (up several times checking on them).

They are soooo cute! We had a babysitter too! Our dog guarded them all day long. Trained him not to put his paws on them😂. Still the chicks snuggled in his fur. He was overjoyed!

Here’s some chick pictures and what they look like now! :)
