Show me/Tell me about Hollands

I'm gearing towards dual-purpose breeds for the future, but I need a white egg layer that is good with kids and can tolerate the MN winters. Hollands appear to fit the bill.

Some hatchery's stock the barred Holland, but it appears that the white Holland is now extinct. Not exactly sure how that happens, but I guess if no one is paying attention....

Who here has pictures and descriptions of this breed??? Show them to me!!!

I've been curious as well. My California white is calm and productive, but I do worry about her floppy comb, and wouldn't mind another white egg layer...
