The tittle says it all!
we just Finished our pigeon loft, it’s 8x6 and 8 ft tall. I’m looking for inspiration for the inside, including perches and nesting boxes. The cut out portion on the top will be ventilation, but the 6”x8” hole will be the pop door for them to fly in and out. All the eaves have ventilation and the door will be all wire as well. On the side there is a 2’x18” hole that still needs to be cut out and I’ll be building a small avaiary off the side of it.
a friend is giving us half his flock of white homers (15-20) and they’ll raise up some chicks over the spring/summer then I’ll let them out and some of them will fly back but some will stay along with the young ones.

You do very nice work, Good craftsmanship.:thumbsup Now for my negative comments..;) Well , I don't mean it in a bad way, just my observation.
You need Much more ventilation. In summer, your pigeons will cook.
You need to install windows into as many walls as you think needed. Pigeons do not like dark all day long.
Your trap should be in the middle of height.
Do you plan an aviary attached to loft???

Looks great! I definitely wish I added more ventilation to mine as well, going to make some changes this summer once it is in its new location.

How many sqft of ventilation does each bird need?

I'd add an aviary and large opening on the leeward side of the coop.
As I mentioned, their will be a small aviary attached, probably 6x8.

I'm not sure that you need more ventilation, but as suggested a window would definitely be a huge plus. Also it appears that you covered the entire outside with corrugated steel sheeting... that is going to get extremely hot in the summer, and extremely cold in the winter. If It was me i would definitely cover all the inside surfaces with some foam insulation sheets and then maybe cover that with some thin plywood.

I did tons of research on metal vs wood and metal was the better option, it’s what many people around here use and recommend. just like in an all metal barn it doesn’t get too hot at all and the loft has way more ventilation.
