we have a 12x20 shed with 7 ft. sides, barn roof, that we have split in half to 12x10 or so for two flocks of 3 and 4. Even split into the 12x10 size, I think its a bit large for comfort. Just looking for ideas. And yes, more chickens I know, I know... lol. Added some more windows on the southerly side- recycled and have lots more i can add (will be putting up insulating panels on them at night), got lots of ventilation added too. Would like to be insulating the whole shed, but apparently that isn't happening yet.
