The first one is larger if it's in reasonable condition.

I noticed that in the second one you have to buy the floor separately. Does the first one have a floor?

I can always use leftover money to buy a floor for the 1st playhouse.
Do you think it would be better than my prefab\hold more birds

You want to fit 10 chickens right? Are they bantam or large fowl?

Because the second play house is about 3 by 3ft so if you give your chickens 2 sq ft that would only fit 4

First one is all most 4ft by 3ft which means you could keep 6 chickens if you give them only 2 sq ft
