This is just for fun and games! Show off your roosters to win the competition. Follow all the BYC rules, and just have fun! There will be no prize, but only that you can say that you won! I want to see your handsome roosters!

It will go on for 7/5/15-7/25/15


You will have to have these things went entering your rooster:
a picture of your rooster
the breed of your rooster
and your roosters name!


Remember, even if you don't win, all of your chickens are beautiful!


( sadly, I dont have a picture of my own rooster because i had to give him away. His name was Popcorn.)

I have a lot of roosters! I know they aren't the best of birds or pictures, but I'm proud of my boys, so I thought I'd share them:

Smaug, the New Hampshire, and second in command at the time


Fred, a white silkie roo, and a awesome guy. He got taken by a predator a few years ago


Acorn, my Silver Duckwinged OEG bantam before he lost his comb to frostbite

Dominator, my lead rooster, a barred rock, he lost his comb to frostbite

Flo, a "show-girl" white silkie who was suppose to be a hen, just like Prince was suppose to be a rooster. Prince is now Princess, but poor Flo is stuck with his name


Sasha, what we assume is a Cuckoo Maran (he was an extra chick in a batch of pullets)


Silver, our first rooster, he is some kind of cross-breed


Ellesar, a Buff Orpington, he was raised with Smaug and use to be above him until we had him for dinner
