Show Off Your Coops!

Hi I'm new on here so not sure if this will work or if I'm posting in the right place lol! I live in the uk and have just bought a child's Wendy house to convert into my first coop, we are going to build a covered run. I'm working on the house at the moment as it's in worse condition than we expected but that's fine as I have to make modifications for the birds anyway. I've spent days looking at different designs and am so confused now, I'm not sure I can post all my questions in one go as it will take forever! So first one, the pic below shows the house/coop before we bought it, it's all dismantled now and getting painted cream and lavender but I wanted to show the windows. There are 2 in the front and one on each side, I have taken out the Perspex and will replace with wire mesh...1st question as they are large I intend to make shutters or covers...will this be sufficient or should I make them smaller? I was also thinking of making a 2nd stable door made of wire mesh so I can open half or all of the door to add extra ventilation in summer. I'll leave the questions about inside till later lol

Here is my Dr. Seuss theme coop. Still need to add a few more things like a roof for the run, chicken door/ramp etc.
Its pretty heavy for a mobile coop. But I can hook it on the lawnmower hitch and tow it around.
Its insulated and I am going to wire it for future water heater and lights. The inside floor has frp panel on it to help make clean up a little easier. Plenty of controlled ventilation also.

I started it last month. I can only work on for for a couple of hours a night after the kids go to bed.
I am looking forward to being able to pull my truck back in the garage. These last couple of weeks have been pretty cold and snowy!
