This is Beensie. She is three months old today. She just weighed in at one pound, fifteen ounces. She is a character! Very bossy girl. I think this is one dog that would not hurt the chickens, but not so sure about the other way around. They might think she was a tasty treat!

I may not have chickens (yet! working on it), but I can't imagine not having a dog!

Here's my past girls, the Sheltie gang: Mackie, Melody, and Pippin
Melody and Pippin were incredible body-language readers (so much so that my best friend's mom, who is a bit superstitious, thought Melody was psychic) - they did very well in obedience. Mackie was a first class couch potato.

I still miss all of them. Shelties get so lovingly in tune with their humans.

My current girl, Katie the rough collie (also in my avatar). She loves her agility and is working her way up the titles. Okay, I love agility too!

What a great way to bond with your dog. These pictures were taken during training, not competition.
