Merlin, oldest hen in my flock. She'll be 13 years old at the beginning of next month.

Wynne, who is also up there in years. I believe she's 12 this year!

@pipdzipdnreadytogo I love old hens like Merlin and Wynne! Hope some of my hens make it that long. Merlin looks like she good be my Ada’s grandma lol. They both have that classic EE pattern but with blue instead of black with the red.

Haha, she's got that sassy grandma attitude, too! Nobody messes with Merl, not even the roosters!

Ada is beautiful, by the way! I love how similar, yet still quite unique, Easter-eggers can be!
