Give Beanie a break. She has to replicate much more complicated color DNA (to get that patented Dulce de leche color), and she wants to get it just right so it might take just a bit more time

Oh sweetie, I'm so sorry...yeah, males do tend to be aggressive. Wobbles still nips my toes sometimes! Bean's a sweetie, but she's not imprinted. so she still has a bit of a wild streak.

What are you going to do? Would you consider having him fixed?

I don't know, I think augmenting him to be a specific house duck only might be selfish of me. I don't know though, I'll have to read up on it. I mean, I lucked out that Dais was content in house, but that might have been a fluke.
I might try to find a home that has more duckies that he can hump & nip & be happy in. His happiness means more than mine.

Sky : My female white mandarin
Ember: My wild type male mandarin

they have been inside for a while, i just moved the muscovy babies outside

except of course, as whoever knows anything about my juvenile mucovies THEY ALWAYS PICK OUT EACH OTHERS FLUFF

anyway so one of the boys ( Pine) Moved back in as he was stripped of all his fluff over night when they were in their coop outside, but i dont have a pic



Anyway back to the pic, Sky and Ember are sooooo lovable, they love to be wrapped up in a towel and poem their little heads out and loot around then quickly curl back up inside, they do this especially when i'm transferring them room to room whenever i open the doors.

Also Sky has a color mutation ( You really can't see the other side in the pic) She has a black streak of about 2 feathers parallel on her sides! She is so pretty and Ember is finally staring to get his male feathers!!
