And Scovy Momma, I'm so sorry...Daisy was truly special. Someday when you think you're ready, I hope you do get another house 'scovy! You've got more than enough room in your heart.

I think I'll be able to deal with another one after I move. I work a lot but still made time to spend with her & the others every night. After I move, I'm hoping I can work less at least a few days then I can spend even more time with another ducklet! They deserve so much, such sweet little things.

Pet Head is the brand I had for her polish. The same company that makes Bed Head shampoos & hair stuff have a pet line. It dried pretty quick on her, so that was nice that she didn't have to sit still for so long after the whole nail grinding ordeal 

You're so sweet hun! I might just have to take you up on that. How would I pay you for shipping & I'm pretty sure I'll be building the incubator. Maybe this will keep my mind occupied & at least keep me on here more often again. I'm sure I will eventually have to get another scovy but this way I won't feel like I'm replacing her.:/  

Pet head! I've seen that! I'll have to try some out. They have lots of fun colors too.

Let more know if you need any help with your bator! After I built mine I helped a handful of other people around here with their first home made ones. Its a fun thing to have acomplished!

That video of her dancing for gold fish was the cutest thing I'd ever seen in my life! My husband tried to get ChaCha to do tricks for goldfish crackers after that and ChaCha just tries to kill him for the rest of the crackers LOL she's not nearly as sweet and delicate as Daisy

LOL! That rings some familiar bells. Poor Hils will get mobbed if he brings a treat up to Wobbles! We tries to teach him "jump" by holding a tasty morsel just out of reach, it was going good for a while but he recently decided he wasn't having any more of it, so now when we try it he'll just turn away from us and pout. What a stinker.

No problem =) I finally got everything streamlined so I'm really having a blast sewing. Next up, add something foot human babies so I can actually support myself on it lol

Update on Misty: She is full on broody and has become a terror! For the first time in four months I can't feel an egg in her! But she is so hormonal and cranky! Her nest is in my bedroom and every time I look at her she opens her mouth at me, fluffs up and quacks, she'll bite if I come close. She comes off the nest about once a day to eat, bathe, terrorize us... and POOP! OMG I've never seen (or smelled) something so BIG and nasty come out of her! She can clear the entire house in seconds! I can't wait for this to be over and I have my Misty back, she's like a completely different duck now! Here is the little cute monster!

And congrats with Misty! I think it's just a fact of life that no matter the gender our house ducks get difficult during the breeding season!
