She knows when she's in trouble though, she gets the deer in headlights look and stands frozen until I look away... Then she goes right back to doing what she wasn't supposed to lol

I'm "Sew Sammi" =) I make and sell duck diapers for both babies and grown birds on Etsy, but I also have a listing here on BYC, it's in my signature at the bottom.Where did you guys get your duck diapers?
Our you're far from alone. Floki is our house duck and it's been an amazing experience.
Especially for my husband, who's a Veteran, and she's helped with his issues that he now has due to his 10yrs in the Army and 2 deployments. So I think you know what issues I'm referring to
So I totally agree and understand where you're coming from on how these awesome animals cam be therapy animals.
Who knew?
Aww, cute! And the duck's not too bad either
I totally understand what you mean about therapy ducks. I have several physical issues, some of which make it difficult to even get out of bed in the morning. But she forces me to be active and keeps me cheerful through it all. I want to register as a legit therapy duck not just for me, but so I can take her around to other people in need and cheer them up, too.
My Quackers is a hair/fur chewer too. I think he thinks he's a parrot lol. He'll run straight up to my shoulder then start nibbling away getting my hair all wet with duck drool lol. My cats are starting to get use to him. We have (2) 1 1/2 yr olds Judas doesn't pay much attention to him, Meow will just go up & sniff him but she's a mama so she gets along with him. I have a video where she was laying down feeding a kitten & Quackers started nibbling on 3 of her nips. She just laid there it was to funny lol. We also have (3) 7 month olds Batman is like Juju he doesn't pay much attention to him. Furball he'll cuddle with him but he's like Mr. Humphries, when he sees Quackers run they wanna stalk & pounce on him lol. So I've been having Quackers follow my daughter as I follow behind & keep the stalkers at bay. Trying to get them use to Quackers walking around the house. Then we have (3) 4 week old kittens, Runaway & Cuddles just stare at him. Swedgin seems like he's going to be Quackers buddy. He'll follow Quackers around & will cuddle with him.
Swedgin is the one with white whiskers.
Wouldn't it be awesome if ducks would use a litter box? Lol
Quackers nibbling on Furballs ear lol.
Mr. Humphries, Furball, Swedgin, Meow & Quackers.
