Show off your house ducks!

yeah i did, the problem is, they both change it up so much to where when i play the sounds and losyen to them its like they try to mimic both.. and the first one to quack is now quiet, and the other one is now a honker. through and through.. like shes a goose. i think they might both be female and I just have a few actresses on my hands... wonder if anyone is in the market for duck biz, cuz these little ladies have talent lolll.. cupcake is now a sneak. when i try and listen to her quack she purposely doesnt do it around me, just peeeheeeheheep (notice the laugh in there) I love these two to death.. last night after bath time, they cuddled right up with mama, no diaper this time and were good about it.. though cookie wanted to practically sit on my neck so she could sleep on my face.. If people only knew how amazing these little bundles of feathers are, there would be a duckalution and everyone would have one.. oahhh a world wwhere everyone walked their feathered children down the street. hahahaha

Oh no! Poor Cookie! I agree, it sounds like she's a hen and Cupcake is a drake. I hope he stops biting her, though. Whatta jerk.

Yeah, cupcake just started doing that today.. Keeps going after cookies Wing ends the only part that hasn't gotten feathers in and both sides are bitten and one side is even bleeding. Then. We noticed cupcake was preventing cookie from going to the water and food.. So we just separated them. We put cupcake in a clear plastic bin right next to cookie. So cupcake can still stick his head up and can see each other and talk, but no fowl play (Llol I had to) so I'm thinking hormones are kicking in.. It just started today, and hit full force.. I sure hope it settles down.. But at least with the two seperate areas it'll be less mess in each Llol or hoping so anyway.. How's your babies? Did they ever dothat?

Yeah, unfortunately Wobbles would bite Bean in her tiny wing-nubs, caused some bleeding too. But they didn't grow up together, so it's odd that the Baked Goods Duo would start in on that. It's good that you separated them.

Theyre back together now I'm just watching them.. Everytime cupcake goes to go bite her I make a beak with my hand and "bite" him so he knows who's actually the top of the pecking order. He doesn't like getting bit by mama.....he just has to see the "beak" and he runs away Lolll I think his hormones may be kicking in, and also I think the nubs just look too tempting not to bite.. Cuz thats really the only place he bites her.. And he doesn't have any nubs his wing feathers grew in super fast..

Amyyy omgg the baked good duo I love it!! They make me so hungry everytime I say their names ... I may have to name them something else xD I love little wobbles and bean.. I think had I known about the call ducks before I set my heart on anconas, I definitely would've gone with them... Please send more pictures of them!!! They are beyond the definition of cute, and their fun size shape would make for an easier house ducky...cuz these babies are getting chubby and demanding. Hahaha
