I love my buffs, they are sometimes noisy but so are my easter eggers when they figure out I don't always come out with weeds for them. I have a Buff who will sit in front of and insists I pet her. I can't wait to get my Jubilee Orpingtons in the fall.

They are the sweetest chickens I've ever owned. They are quite noisy, especially when the hens have just laid an egg. Mine lay almost everyday, I'd say 5 eggs a week, but they aren't egg machines like Rhode Island Reds and hybrids.
