  6. There are lots of docile breeds out there but it really depends on the bird itself and how it was raised good luck once you find a nice rooster that integrates the flock properly you'll always want one or two to look out for the girls :D

    Sorry my phone died! But I was about to say our brahma rooster is great, hes loud but rarely crows and is a true gentleman with his hens!

    Cochins (LF or bantam), Brahmas, and Silkie roosters have a good reputation (but there are individuals of course who will be aggressive in each breed) for being docile.

    what one person thinks is what they see those birds are in back yards more then any other breed had some some of them best laying breeds and very calm had a hen for 10 years miss that old girl
