The splash pullet wS just attacked by a very large raven. Her cockeral next to her came to her rescue. But they are just babies.

As I was running to help Pink shown here flogged the raven as it was tearing feathers out of the babies. He then raized hackles and stood his ground.

Tweedle Dee nailed the raven from the other direction! Ravens are fierce predators this one did not take flight until our Jack Russell got a mouthful of its tail. All is well just a mess of feathers on the ground. But I am darn prpud of my boys considering they dont allow these two silkies in the coop at night.
