Show off your roosters

When our first rooster had to go, we got in trouble by several of our neighbors. Saying that they missed hearing the rooster crow, it didn't matter what time of the night or day. It made them feel like they were in the county. Now we have a total of 7 roosters in our area, and no one complains about them.

Here's a few of mine.1st pic is a trio of Regular Greys we've raised for 50 years.2nd pic is a 1/2 Col.Givens 1/2 Regular Grey. These are the REAL Col.Givens hatches from the 1970's not the crap people try to pawn off as Col.s these days. 3rd pic is a quad of pure Sweaters,if there's better gamefowl out there I want some of them.

Most of our old neighbors could be bribed with the fresh eggs. Our new ones, we're not so sure about...

Isn't that the truth about having good neighbors. I love hearing the roosters crowing, its funny how they do a wave or here and there crowing all together. I have a Polish that is about 4 months that loves to crow with the big boys. Its funny.
