Beautiful Barred Rock! Just to see your opinion which comb style do you like better, The Straight comb as in your PBR or Rose comb like a Dominiquer?
Hmm...I've never really thought about it. I like both, I like the "spikes" on the straight combs, my BO has them and it gives him a punky look sometimes

(so far he is very well behaved, no aggression). The rose comb is quite regal looking and I can see where it might be more desirable with cold temps. So...I will have to study up on them.
One question though, does it seem the rose combs take a lot longer to develop than straight. Most of my straight comb breeds have nice combs-girls and boy, but the wyandottes rose comb is still really small.

they're beautiful was that show in Lake City Minnesota? if so how often do they have a show I live in Minnesota
