Hmm...I've never really thought about it. I like both, I like the "spikes" on the straight combs, my BO has them and it gives him a punky look sometimesBeautiful Barred Rock! The rose comb is quite regal looking and I can see where it might be more desirable with cold temps. So...I will have to study up on them.[/COLOR] [COLOR=000080]One question though, does it seem the rose combs take a lot longer to develop than straight. My daughter's Silver and golden Phoenix Roosters at the Lake City show this past weekend.
