This is David Bowie, my new (I'm guessing) Black Australorp rooster. I' currently trying to convince my cochin to sit on his eggs.

Ditto - he looks blue is he?

Kind off. A very dark blue underside, with REALLY shiny black saddle, neck and tail feathers. He is pretty friendly, too. He only pecks if he thinks you have done something to harm the hens, or if you try to pick him up.

He also smells like cereal or something. There was food and water in the carrier my dad brought him home in. He was covered in it when he got home.
